EnquireGyte and Heita share this same access-fee structure (Gyte at identical prices, Heita stepped down for a smaller desk). TMS and Microsoft Teams module access is included where listed above; per-extension and per-user utilisation is billed separately, on its own line. SMS and AI usage is billed at cost plus 30%, outside the access fee. Data stays on VOIMAR disk for 30 days free of charge, with free export at any time — longer retention is an optional add-on (12 months R 149/mo, 36 months R 299/mo, 7 years R 499/mo). How you pay the access fee
